She was born Jan. 26, 1918, in Arcadia, Duchesne County, a daughter of Emery and Sarah Bird Neilson. She was married to M. C. Adams Dec, 23, 1939, in Vernal. Mrs. Adams attended schools in Arcadia and Myton and was graduated from Roosevelt High School. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Surviving are her husband and her parents, Myton; three children, Terrance Lynn Calvert, a son by a former marriage; Ruth Eleanor Adams and Richard Cline Adams, Myton; two step-sons, Frank Adams, Myton; Toot Adams, Tooele; a brother and two sisters, Acel Nielson, Roosevelt; Mrs. Earl Hardinger, Wyoming, and Mrs. Elton Quick, Bayport, Minn. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 1 p.m. in Myton LDS Ward Chapel, by Glenn Gilbert, Bishop. Friends may call at Olpin Mortuary, Roosevelt, Friday afternoon and evening and at the Myton LDS Chapel Saturday from 11 a.m. to time of services. Burial will be in Myton City Cemetery.
