Clarence Oliver Richards was the son of Elizabeth Hill and Edward Richards. He was the father of Ethel Richards Chambers,Grace Richards Johnston,and Geraldine Richards Newhouse. He married Mary Alice Griffiths (June 19,1887-December 30,1963) on April 7,1915 in Elyria, Ohio.
