ROSA ROWLAND DICKINSON
Rosa Rowland Dickinson, wife of F.A. Dickinson, died at the J.T. Rowland home east of Chandler last Sunday, of consumption. Funeral services, conducted by Rev. Reed of the Christian church, were held Monday, interment being made at Zion cemetery east of Chandler.
Deceased was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.T. Rowland who reside a few miles east of the city. She was born on May 14, 1885 in Greenwood, Kan. On April 16, 1904, she was married to Fred Dickinson, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Dickinson. A husband and two small children, a boy and a girl, father, mother, brother and two sisters are heartbroken over the death.
Mr. and Mrs. Dickinson resided in Tillman county, Okla., where they owned a fine farm, but when the dread disease fastened itself upon her, she came here for a visit with her parents, and though everything possible was done for her, death came last Sunday. Her husband arrived Friday and is almost prostrated with sorrow.
