Funeral services for J. V. Rudder Sr., 85, of Sebastian, FL, will be Wednesday, April 28, at 11 a.m. at Spry Funeral Home. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Mr. Rudder died Saturday, April 25, at his residence. He was born April 27, 1913, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was a member of the Okeechobee Methodist Church and was retired from Monsanto Chemical after 22 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Sara Rudder; two sons, Gerald M. Rudder, Newman, GA, and Thomas W. Rudder of Sebastian, FL; three brothers, George Rudder of Montgomery, Robert Rudder of Winthrop, Maine, and Herbert Jenkins, Athens; six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
