Alice Gates, age 74 of 1207 27th St., Two Rivers died Monday Feb. 9, 2004 at the Aurora Medical Center, Two Rivers. Funeral services will be held Feb. 13, 2004 at the Dega & Martin Funeral Chapels, 2 Rivers and burial in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Alice was born April 9, 1929 in Sheboygan, she married Albert Gates and he preceded her in death on June 7, 1997.
She was employed by Paragon Electric for many years and enjoyed gardening, going on occasion to the casino, putting puzzles together and working crossword puzzles. She was also an avid Packer fan.
She is survived by 2 sons and 2 daughters-in-law, Greg Gates, Wayne (Becky) Gates all of Two Rivers, 2 daughters & Sons in law, Pamela (Orville) Vanne, Two Rivers, Audrey (Dale) Hallada, Lakewood, 10 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren. She is further survived by 1 siser Bernice Abraham, Sheboygan.
In addition to her husband she is also preceded in death by 1 son, Eugene Gates & daughter in law Amy Gates
