Warren C. Giles Dies In 56th Year
The funeral of Warren C. Giles, beloved husband of Frances, Lorraine, formerly of Ottawa, took place on Wednesday, April 19, 1967, from the Blair & Son Funeral Home, Perth, where service was conducted in the chapel at 2 p.m. Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery. Mr Giles passed away at the Perley Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was in his 56th year. Born in Lanark Township, he was a son of the late Mr and Mrs Elijah Giles. He was married at Ottawa January 19, 1940. Besides his wife he is survived by three daughters, Loreen, Mrs Morley Black of Smiths Falls, Marion, Mrs Douglas McNeely of Carleton Place, Doris of Smiths Falls; a brother, Kenneth of Almonte, and five grandchildren, Daryle, Susan and Rodney Black and Heather and Gregory McNeely. The pallbearers were Wilbert and Calvin Giles, Frank and Jim Quinn, Donald McNeely and Bud Peters.
