Kenneth L. Stivers, 75/of Rockford, formerly of Decatur, died 8:15 p.m. Sunday in Wesley-Willows Health Center, Rockford.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Dawson and Wikoff Funeral Home with visitation 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Point Pleasant Cemetery.

Mr. Stivers was born in Olney, son of Louis and Maggie Stivers.
He was a member of the Olney Lodge A.F. & A.M. and was a retired Eastern Traffic Manager of Illinois Terminal Railroad.
He married Lois McBride in 1931. She died in 1971.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Peter W. (Melinda) Thomson of Rockford; two brothers, Louis Stivers, Jr., Carlinville; Lawrence Stivers, Olney; a sister, Mrs. L.J. Hardin, Ohio; and two grandchildren.
