Melinda Brito Alvarado, 35, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2007. Services at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Abilene Funeral Home Chapel of Hope, 3349 N. 12th Street. Burial in the Abilene Municipal Cemetery, directed by Abilene Funeral Home. Mrs. Alvarado was born December 5, 1971, in Cisco, Texas. Survivors include her husband, Samuel Cisneros of Abilene; two sons, Lorenzo Ramon Cisneros and Gabriel Emiliano Cisneros, both of Abilene; a daughter, Andrea Elizabeth Cisneros of Abilene; her mother, Carmen Anaya of Abilene; three brothers, Walter Anaya and Edward Anaya, both of Abilene and Raymond Anaya of Arizona; and numerous uncles and aunts. Pallbearers will be Justin Ruiz, Joseph Cisneros, Jacob Girtz, Jonathan Girtz, Ruben Z. Cisneros, and Nathan Rooslet. Honorary pallbearers will be the families nephews.
