She was born on July 21, 1931 in Wyanotte, Oklahoma to Edward Springer and Ella (Sacket) Springer.
On March 19, 1949 she married William F. Miller in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death April of 1997.
She was employed at Med Source in Coffeyville, Kansas.
Survivors include: 4 sons, Bill Miller, Coffeyville, Ks.; James Miller, Tulsa, Ok.; Richard Miller, Ron Miller, Coffeyville, Ks.; 1 daughter, Gayle Garretson, Coffeyville, Ks; 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; 4 brothers, James Springer and Dewell Springer both of Bartlesville, Ok.; Eugene Springer of Colorado and Clarence Springer of Ohio. 2 sisters, Leona Cornejo of New Mexico; Dorothy Sprouse, Houston, Tx.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Paul Springer.
Visitation/calling hours will be held on Monday, September 18, 2006 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Memorial Service will take place 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at the Penwell-Gabel Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Coffeyville, Ks. Captain LeAnna Tuttle of the Salvation Army will be officiating. Family and friends will gather at the graveside before services.
Family will gather at 102 W. 12th St. Salvation Army for a dinner following the services.
