Graveside service: 10 a.m. Saturday in Moore Memorial Gardens, Arlington. Visitation: 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. Saturday at Moore Funeral Home.
Bill was a life member of Arlington Elk Lodge, served in World War II and the Korean War, and retired from General Motors after 45 years where he was superintendent of final inspection.
Bill left many friends and family who love and miss him.
Survivors: Wife of 50 years, Dolores VanCleve Rudder.
