Delma Haithcock, 91, of Vina, died October 8, 2003 at Terrance Manor Nursing Home in Russellville.
She was a native of Franklin County and a member of Sparks Chapel Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Haithcock; a son, Tommy Haithcock; her parents, James and Mattie Barker; and eight brothers and sisters.
Funeral services were October 10 at a graveside service at Sparks Chapel Cemetery with Turner Paseur officiating.
Survivors include one son, Billy Joe Haithcock and wife Rebecca of Vina; three sisters, Rilla Sparks of Vina, Lois Sumeral of Michigan and Margaret Lipe of Austell, Georgia; three brothers, Hubert Barker of Red Bay, Buford Barker and Buddy Barker both of Vina; four grandchildren, John Robert Haithcock of Vina, Greg Haithock and Larry Haithcock, both of Red Bay and Tammie Haithcock of Panama City, Florida; four great-grandchildren.
