Bob lived in Indianpolis, IN for all of his life. He attended Decatur Central High School and loved fishing and the outdoors. He was a Pole Truck Driver for IPALCO for 30 years and retired in 2009.
He is survived by his Wife, Glenna S. Hancock of Indianapolis, IN; 2 Sons, John W. Hancock of Indianapolis, IN and Jake E. Hancock of Plainfield, IN; 4 Grandchildren: Zach, Josh, Brandon, and Audrey Hancock; Mother, Doris Evelyn Hancock of Indianapolis, IN; 1 Sister, Carol Hancock of Camby, IN; and 1 Brother, Don Hancock of Camby, IN.
There will be a Graveside Service for Bob at 1pm, Saturday, January 2, 2010 at West Newton Cemetery where he will be laid to rest. Marion Glover will officiate the service. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Wishard Hospital Trauma Center, 1001 West 10th St., 46202
