Boes, 24, a former Tipton resident.
Boes, a Radioman First
Class in the Navy, was killed in
an automobile accident Saturday
at 8:20 a.m. in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Born in Tipton, May 11, 1944,
he married Paula Wright on June
22, 1963.
The deceased attended school
in Tipton and also attended Trinity
Wesleyan Church here.
The petty officer was presently
stationed in Hawaii after serving
in Vietnam for a year.
He is survived by his wife,
a son, Terry, 4, and a daughter,
Tommi, 2; his mother and stepfather,
Mr. and Mrs. William Albright,
Tipton; and his father and
step-mother, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil
Boes, Charleston, Mo. Other survivors
include three sisters,
Mrs. Debbie Howell, Tipton, Mrs.
Tracy York, Atlanta, and Delora
Boes, at home; two brothers,
Randy Boes, stationed at Fort
Carson, Colo., and Robin Boes,
at home; paternal grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. Olin Evans, Tipton;
and maternal grandparents,
Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Boes Sr.,
Princeton, Fla.
Rites are pending at the Mitchell Funeral Home.
