Sergeant Thomas John Protack, age 21 years, 1 month, and 17 days, was from Wilmington, Delaware.

He served with Company B, 1st Battalion, 506th Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division, USARV as a Infantryman during the Vietnam War.

He was "Killed In Action" in the Thua Thien Province, South Vietnam.

He was awarded the Purple Heart.
