Western Outlaw. After his brothers met their demise while attempting to rob two banks at once in Coffeyville, Kansas, Bill Dalton (whose real name was Mason Frakes Dalton) hooked up with Bill Doolin to form the Doolin-Dalton gang. Their partnership was immortalized in the Eagles album 'Desperado.' Bill was killed by a posse near Elk, Indian Territory and was buried in his wife's family plot (the Blivens plot) in Turlock, California.
