Howard L Higgins, age 74, of Seeley Lake, Mont., and formerly of Gooding, Idaho, passed away at home on Christmas Eve 2009 from cancer.
He was born May 16, 1935 in Norton, Kansas to Eva and Walter Higgins. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia of Seeley Lake, Montana; two sons, Michael of Havre, Montana and Thomas of Seeley Lake, Montana; two daughters, Kelly of Seeley Lake, Montana and Shelly and her husband, Tim of Stevensville, Montana; eight grandchildren, Jenny, Terra, Justin, Kendra, Amy, Becca, Lana and Tessa and six great-grandchildren; Dimitri, Vasiliy, Ivan Jr., Nikolay, Amber and Jazell.
He served in the U.S. Navy.
