'Libba's' daughter 'Cindy' had the following put on her Funeral Home Memorial Card: " Libba was a devoted, loving wife and mother; she was a very loving, giving, and compassionate person who knew how to make anyone who met her always feel at home and feel like Part of the family. She loved the Lord and worshipped at Victory Baptist Church in Roanoke Rapids, when she was able to attend. We thank God for her loving, giving, sweet ways. A woman with a big heart full of love and a faith that helped sustain her through the loss of her two very dear sons and a beautiful granddaughter.
