Specialist Fourth Class Raymond Curtis Hetzler, age 19, was from Wilmington, Delaware.

He served with the 478th AVN Co, 1st Aviation Bde, USARV as a Heavy Lift Helicopter Repairer.

Raymond died in the "Line Of Duty" of a non-battle related incident in the Quang Nam Province, South Vietnam.
