She married Sid Mitchell on 10-19-1921, and they moved to Gatesville in January of 1943. Her husband preceded her in death on 5-28-1964.
She was a housewife and a member of Live Oak Baptist Church.
Her survivors include her son Sid Mitchell of Canyon Lake; daughter Mrs. Horace (Joan) Baker of Gatesville; brother James Boyd of Gatesville; and sister Sally Perkins of Ennis.
