A service for electronics technician Jeff A. Lawson, 74, was held at Witzleben Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Bragaw Chapel with the Rev. Peter Gallardo Jr. of Bethel Chapel officiating. A visitation was held one hour before the service. Mr. Lawson died Jan. 21 at Our Lady of Compassion Care Center.
Born June 8, 1912, in West Graham, Va., he had lived in Alaska four years. He leaves two brothers, Charles, of Big Lake and Harry, of Colonial Heights, Va.; and three sisters, Alberta, Rachel and Odabe Lawson, all of Indiana. Burial followed the service at the Aurora Cemetery in Wasilla. Local arrangements by Witzleben Family Funeral Homes and Crematory, Bragaw Chapel.
