2nd Lieutenant Kevin Gregory Flaherty, age 21, was from Wilmington, Delaware.
He served with Company B, 1st Battalion, 52nd Infantry Regiment, 198th Infantry Brigade, 23rd Infantry Division, USARV as a Portable Bridge Unit Commander.
Kevin was first declared "Missing In Action" in the Quang Ngai Province, South Vietnam.
His remains were later recovered and his status was then changed to "Killed In Action".
Kevin is honored on Panel 29E, Row 19 of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Washington, D.C.
