FRANCIS E. BEEKMAN, 83, of Robinson, Ill., died Sunday. The Monument City, Ind., native retired in 1973 from Central Illinois Power Service and was a veteran of World War II. He was the widower of Martha, who died in 1937, and Pearl, who died in 1995. Surviving are a half brother and four half sisters. Graveside services are 3 p.m. Thursday in Riverside Cemetery, Andrews, Ind. Memorials are to First Christian Church building fund, Robinson.
