Brian D. "Dino" Robbins, age 60, of Monmouth, Ill. passed away at 3:59 a.m. on Saturday, December 26, 2009, in Kirkwood, Ill. On April 1, 1949, Brian was born in Monmouth the son of Cecil Laverne and Mary Ann Garner Robbins.
Brian was reared and educated in Monmouth and attended Monmouth High School.
In 1995, he married Sandra Hoskins in Oquawka, Ill.
Previously he was married to Lorraine Marie Potts in Monmouth.
His employments were Puritan Brickyard, in Galesburg, Gates Rubber in Galesburg and most recently was a mechanist at P & R Manufacturing in Viola, Ill.
He was an avid fishing and outdoors man and enjoyed collecting arrowheads. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with family, daughters and grandchildren.
Surviving are three daughters, Amy McGraw of Oquawka, Ill., Mandy (Ed) Willett and Jennifer (Doug) Ferguson, both of Monmouth, four granddaughters, Alexandria McGraw of the Quad Cities, Samantah McGraw of Oquawka, Hannah Detherage and Emily Detherage both of Monmouth. Also surviving are one sister Sandra Mullen of Kirkwood, Ill. and one brother Ricky Robbins of
Monmouth.
Preceding him death are his parents and one brother Tom Lee.

Services: A gathering of family and friends will be on Wednesday, December 30, 2009, from 5-7 p.m., at Turnbull Funeral Home in Oquawka. Cremation will be accorded and no funeral service is planned at this time. A memorial fund is being established.
