After George died, Cynthia remarried to Albert E. Ridpath (1849-1920) on 02 Apr 1872 at Hendricks County, Indiana. Cynthia and Albert were the parents of four known children, namely:

4. Frank Albert Ridpath (1877-1959)
5. Earl Emerson Ridpath (1884-1955)
