For several years he was engaged in the coal and lime trade in Indianapolis. Married to Amanda Clingenpeel in 1866 and father of two daughters: Mary, born 1870 and Jessie, born 1876.

DIED- REYNOLDS - Miles M.,
Sunday, January 10th., at 9:40 pm. in his 52nd. year. Funeral Wednesday, 10:30 am, from the residence of his daughter, Mrs. John M. Harris, 229 Cornell Avenue. Friends of the family invited.

A second death notice, listed directly below, as follows: REYNOLDS--Miles M. Members of Star Lodge, No. 7, K. of P., are hereby notified of the death of Miles M. Reynolds, and are earnestly urged and requested to assemble in Castle Hall, on Wednesday, January 13, at 9:30 a.m. prompt, to attend his funeral from the residence, 229 Cornell Ave. Bring gloves and funeral badges. Members of sister lodges are cordially invited to unite with Star Lodge in this last tribute of respect. Transportation to and from Crown Hill furnished. By order of the lodge.
