Joseph A. Kruis of Utahville, died at the Clearfield Hospital at 2:45 o'clock Wednseday afternoon. He was born at St. Lawrence on Oct 14, 1873. Surviving are his wife Mrs. Frances (Nedimyer) Kruis, and three sons, Clarence M. of this city, John A. and Charles J. both at home, his aged father, John Kruis Sr., two grandsons and the following brothers and sisters: John Kruis Jr., Mrs. Mary Yeagle, Mrs. Katherine Gates, Mrs. Lou Swarty and Jacob Kruis all of Flinton. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning with requiem mass at 10 o'clock in St. Basil's Catholic church at Blain City. Interment will be made in the church cemetery.
