Dr. J. T. Bean 82, retired Methodist minister, died Monday night at his home in Indianapolis. He is survived by his wife, the former Rose Pearl Cecil, who formerly lived east of Muncie, and three sons.
Dr. Bean was a former superintendent of the Fort Wayne District of the Northern Indiana Methodist Conference. He held pastorates at LaGrange, Logansport, and Columbia City.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday from the North Methodist Church, Meridian & 38th Streets, Indianaoplis, with interment in Crown Hill Cemetery.
