Funeral services were held for Dudley Howell Bishop Saturday afternoon at 5 from the Gayman Sutton Downing chapel with Elder Cansler officiating. Interment was made at Oak Park cemetery with the Masons having charge of the committal service.
Mr. Bishop was born April 17, 1858 at Spartanburg ,South Carolina, and died August 16, 1940, of a heart attack. He was a retired school teacher and had made Chandler his home for several years.
