Benjamin Blaine Parry 'Mish' Benjamin Blaine Parry '71' died Dec. 26, 2009 due to heart failure.

He was born Feb. 18, 1938 to Benjamin Augustus Parry and Ferrel Beckstead Parry in Riverton, Utah. He married Susan Petersen in 1959 and had one daughter Lesa (Argyle). Later divorced and married Nancy Bender on March 3, 1973.

He graduated from Jordan High and was a Golden Glove State Champion. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He held the record on the Provo River for many years. As a young man he worked at Kennecott, was a car salesman, coal miner, farmer for many years and then retired from Salt Lake City Public works in 2002. He loved the outdoors and camping. He loved to travel and cruise with his wife. He was one of the best story tellers ever and he loved his family very much. He is survived by his wife Nancy, daughter Lesa (Kent) Argyle, grandchildren Brittney (Stephen) Johnson, Cody, Dusty, Austin Argyle, great-grandson Jentz Johnson and his best bud Pepe.

He leaves behind a great legacy including many nieces and nephews, family, friends which he loved dearly. Preceded in death by his parents, his brother Boyd Parry, his sister Gayle Gressmen Yengich.

According to his wishes a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers spend a day with your loved ones.
