Clarabelle grew up in and around the community of Palmer, Kansas, attending school there. Upon leaving Palmer, Clarabelle lived in various locations before making Superior her final home. Clarabelle had many interest. She very much enjoyed crocheting and needlework. In her earlier days Clarabelle found fishing a relaxing past-time. Clarabelle also traveled extensively gathering rocks for her collection.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Frank, Lawrence, Clarence and Alvin; sisters, Francis, Moyne and Inez.
She is survived by sisters, Irene Pulliam of Rollins, Wyoming, Eunice Dutton of Belleville, Kansas, Orphia Feldhausen of Lynn, Kansas, and Vera Otott of Clyde, Kansas; nieces, nephews, other relatives and her friends.
Funeral services were held 2:00 p.m. Monday, August 24, 1987, at the Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Superior, Nebraska. The Rev. Morris T. Coggin was the officiant. Interment was held in the Evergreen Cemetery, Superior. Williams Funeral Home of Superior, Nebraska, was in charge of the funeral arrangements.
