Meriam M. Yealy

HANOVER - Meriam M. Yealy, 82, of 724 Linden Ave., Hanover, died at 2:40 p.m. Sunday at Hanover General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Wilbert Feltch, and of the late William Yealy.
The services will be private and at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing. The W. V. Kenworthy Funeral Home Inc., 269 Frederick St., Hanover, is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Yealy was born on Jan. 8, 1912, in Adams County. She was the daughter of the late William and Lucy (Cromer) Becker.
She had been employed by Hanover Shoe Inc., and the then Sylvania Shoe Inc. and retired after 20 years of service.
Mrs. Yealy is survived by five sons, Jacob E. Feltch, William A. Feltch, John T. Feltch, and Glenn P. Feltch, all of Hanover, and Merle Shultz of Vermont; two daughters, Elaine M. Staub of New Oxford, and Gloria Myers of Littlestown; a step-son, Richard Yealy of McSherrystown; two step-daughters, Margaret Bair and Geraldine Brodbeck, both of Hanover; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; a brother, Edgar Becker of McSherrystown; and a sister, Ethel Donnley of Gardners.
