Jan 23 - Enoch J Patrick, who lived one mile north of Waverly, died Thursday evening at 7 o'clock in the Newman Memorial County hospital in Emporia. He had lived in this community since 1880. Mr. Patrick was born June 28, 1857, in Shelbyville, Ind., the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Walter Patrick. Surviving him are one daughter, Miss Mitta Patrick of Waverly; one sister-in-law, Mrs. J M Patrick, 1220 Neosho, Emporia, and one sister, Mrs. Ellen Whitney, of Kansas City.
