Retired Judge of Minnesota Court of Appeals and past National Commander of the American Legion.

Preceded in death by first wife, Ellen and son, Patrick.

Survived by wife, Jeane; sons, Daniel (Lyn), Tom (Jana), Kevin (Shula), Rory (Ginger); stepchildren, Brandon, Sharon, Susan and Tom; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Ferron, Catherine Quigley, Eileen Eaves, Rose Miller; brothers, Robert, Eugene & Patrick; many nieces & nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial 1:30 PM Thurs. at THE CHURCH OF THE ASSUMPTION, 51 W. 7th St., St. Paul. Private interment. Visitation 4-8 PM Wednesday at WILLWERSCHEID & PETERS MORTUARY, 1167 Grand Ave., St. Paul. Rosary service 8 PM Wed.
