He was born on October 21, 1967, in Bountiful, Utah, to William D. and Linda Jean Simonsen Crump.
He is survived by his parents of Centerville; grandmother, Ida M. Simonsen, Bountiful; brother, Richard and wife Krin Crump, Salt Lake City; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral mass will be held Wednesday, January 3, 1996, at 10 a.m. at St. Olaf's Catholic Church, 1800 So. Orchard Drive, Bountiful, with Father Rudolph Daz as Celebrant. Friends may call at the Lindquist Bountiful Mortuary, 727 North 400 East, Tuesday, 6-8 p.m. Following the interment in the Centerville Cemetery, the family will greet friends at the Bountiful Elks Lodge, 544 West 400 North, for a luncheon.
