John Alden McBroom , a member of Irvington Methodist Church, died Friday at a family home. He was 75.
McBroom was a native of Mobile and a resident of Irvington.
Survivors include his wife, Roberta McBroom of Irvington; five daughters, Jackie Johnson and Karon Bosarge, both of Irvington, Sissy Seaman of Theodore, Kathy Rhea of Mandeville, La., and Nancy Wilsey of Loxley; one brother, William McBroom of Fla.; one sister, Patricia Russell of Mobile; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be tonight at 6 at Oddfellows Hall, where the funeral is set for Monday at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Oddfellows Cemetery in Bayou La Batre.
