DANIEL S. AGNEW JR - Winnsboro - Daniel S. "Dan" Agnew Jr., 75, died Monday in Crafts Farrow Hospital in Columbia. Born in Fairfield County, he was a son of the late Daniel S. and Eunice Broome Agnew. Mr. Agnew was a retired carpenter. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Melvina Peak Agnew; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Myrna Simons of Chapin, Mrs. Wanda Boulware of Winnsboro and Mrs. Carol Collins of Elgin; a stepson Milton Smith of West Columbia; and a brother, David Agnew of Winnsboro. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, with burial in Greenbrier Methodist Church cemetery. Pope Funeral Home is in charge.
