Rites for Mrs. Felt
Had been active in Rebekah for 35 years
Charlotte Carver, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Luther Carver, was born in Meredith township July 29, 1879, and departed this life January 30, 1941, aged 61 years, 6 months and 7 days.

At the age of 17 she united with the Christian Church of Pipe Creek, Kansas. For the last fifteen years she had been a member of the Spiritualist Church of Wells, Kansas.

For 35 years she was an active member of the Rebekah Lodge of Delphos.

February 16, 1897, she was united in marriage to William Felt. To this union were born five children, one of whom died at birth.

She leaves her husband William Felt, four children, Retah Colton, Glasco; Roland Felt, Delphos; Reuben Felt, St. Paul; Reva Liby, Glasco; two grandchildren, Virginia Lee Felt and Jo Ann Jeanine Colton; two brothers, Ray Carver, Glasco, and Levi Carver, Clyde; three sisters, Mrs. Una Shephard, Miltonvale; Mrs. ElMina Winsette, Delphos, Delphos, and Mrs. Bertha Lynch of Codell.

Lottie will be missed by a host of friends and relatives who so often called on her in sickness and distress.

Funeral services were held February 2 at the city auditorium in Delphos with Dr. Price of Junction City officiating. Interment was made in the Oakland Union Cemetery north of Delphos.

The active pall bearers were six nephews, Verle, Dana, Vernie, and Robert Winsette and Orville and Isaac Briggs.

Those attending the service from a distance: George Felt, Glen Felt, and Mr. and Mrs. William Felt, all of St. Joseph, Mo., and Mrs. Bertha Lynch of Codell, Kansas.
