Father dies
J Frank Rogers, father of Mrs Harvey S Talley, and Mrs Herman Wilson of Highlands, died May 11 at 2:30 p.m. at Satolah, GA.
He was 75, a retired farmer, and a native of Rabun County, Georgia.
Funeral services were conducted the 13th at the Macedonia Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs Macy Owens Rogers; another daughter, Mrs Adolph Owens of Alexandria, VA; two sons, Cleon and Glen Rogers, both of Satolah; 13 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were handled by Bryant Funeral Home.
