Archie Grant Pierce, married, Mary Jane (nee Minker) in Hillsboro, MO September 9, 1931.
Archie is the son of Frank Marion and Cora Virginia (nee Partney) Pierce. Grandson of William Goosby and Lucinda Francis (nee Collins) Pierce.
Archie was preceded in death by his father and mother. One son and one daughter. Three brothers: Sam Pierce of Missouri, Floyd Pierce of Missouri and Eldon Pierce of Eureka, Missouri. Two sisters: Esther P. Wynn of DeSoto, Missouri and Jessie Leona Harness of St. Louis, Missouri.
At the time of Archie's death he had 10 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
He was a member of Cline's Island General Baptist Church for over 40 years. He was currently serving as a Deacon and Church Trustee. Archie had been a Sunday School Teacher and Treasurer.
Funeral Services are to be held Thursday, March 30, 200 at 2:00 P.M.
