Pierre Raiche died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Raiche in Greenbush at 5 o'clock on the morning of August 16, aged 89 years.
Death was due to ailments incumbent upon old age. He is survived by one son, George Raiche of Rush City, and one daughter, Mrs. Charles Raiche of Greenbush.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Chas. A. Mayer in the Greenbush Catholic church last Thursday morning at 10 o'clock and the interment was in the Greenbush cemetery.
Pierre Raiche was a man held in high esteem by the whole community. He was an honest, kind old Christian gentleman who knew not an enemy.
