Carol Davidson
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 20, at Buell Funeral Chapel in Springfield for Carol Elizabeth Davidson of Springfield, who died Dec. 17 of complications from Alzheimer's disease. She was 87.
She was born April 16, 1922, in Coquille to Orvil and Elizabeth Church Haga. She married Robert C. Davidson on June 27, 1941, in Myrtle Point. He died in 1985.
She graduated high school in Bandon and attended Monmouth Teachers' College for one year.
She worked with her husband in the family business, Emerald Appliance Repair and Refinishing.
Survivors include two daughters, Robin Elizabeth Collman of Eugene and Margaret Renee Boeshans of Springfield; a sister, Nancy Ann Hickman of Springfield; and four grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
