Tanya Cunningham, of Port Arthur, passed away at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas.
Tanya was born to Leon Cunningham and Mary Jean Rice. She was a resident of Port Arthur for one year and previously lived in Temple, Texas for twelve years and other parts of Texas.
She was a special education teacher for the Killeen ISD and also a member of First Christian Church of Temple, Texas.
Tanya was preceded in death by her great-grandmother, Gladys Smith Jordan and grandfather, Lester Ener.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Jean Rice; daughter, Abigail Mary Wissinger; grandmother, Helen Ener; aunt, Betty Straton; aunts and uncles, Ruth and Augustan Gaspard , Angie and Steve Locke , Greg and Tammy Ener; uncle, Bill Ener; cousins, Cliff Craig, Derek Barlow, Shandi , Johnny and Logan Chapa, Allen Thibodeaux and Gregory and Terri Ener.
Funeral services will be at at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
