She was born Sept. 26, 1931, in Shawnee to Chauncey West and Goldie (Lumley). On March 24, 1949, she married John Keith, and lived as a homemaker and housewife.
She is preceded in death by an infant daughter, Ritha Kay. She is survived by husband, John Keith of Norman V.A. Center; three daughters, Ann Peck of Oklahoma City, Louise Field and Bery of Oklahoma City, and Leoma Walker and Ray of Seminole; grandchildren, Sean Dyche of Del City, Sabrina and Bill Sparrow of Oklahoma City, Amber and Anthony Dixon of Yukon, Jason and Janice Weigand of Choctaw, Kristin and Aaron Tackett of Oklahoma City, Denton Field of Oklahoma City, Alan Field of Oklahoma City, and Becca and Kevin Jessop of Oklahoma City; great-grandchildren, Ty Field, Jaden Dixon, Alexandra and Adalyn Sparrow; sisters, Janie Hartshorne, Vera O'Connor, Gladys Beavers, Mary Lu Harmon; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Service is scheduled for 11am Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at the Walker Funeral Service Chapel with the Rev. Jason Weigand and the Rev. ML Stock, Sr. officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Walker Funeral Service. The family would like to thank Unity North ICU for excellent care given to their mom. They would also like to thank Dr. Tony Haddad, and personal care physician, Dr. Jeremy Holter.
