PAULINE TALBERT, 71, of Springfield died Tuesday evening, January 21, 1997 in Community Hospital. She was born February 18,1925, in Oklahoma, the daughter of Frank, Sr. and Nettie Mae (Watson) Turner. Mrs. Talbert was a devoted homemaker to her family.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sandra K. and Bill Whipp of Springfield, her son and daughter-in-law, Ronald L., Jr. and Patricia Talbert of Springfield; her sister, Lennie* Mae Elix of Springfield; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Talbert, Sr. in 1996; one sister; four brothers; and her great-granddaughter, Ashley Jones.
Friends may call Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. in the LITTLETON & RUE FUNERAL HOME, SPRINGFIELD where the funeral service will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. with Chaplain Timothy Dotson of Community Hospital officiating. Interment will be in Ferncliff Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Fund.
