Wasilla resident and lifelong Alaskan Sarah J. Adams, 66, died of stomach cancer March 18, 2008, at her home, surrounded by her family. A visitation and a funeral were held at Evergreen Memorial Chapel. Burial was at the Palmer Pioneer Cemetery.
Sarah was born June 18, 1941, in Noatak. She worked for the Anchorage School District until she retired in 1992. She married Albert Adams on April 13, 1979, in Wasilla. Sarah will be missed by many friends and relatives. Her friendliness touched everyone.
