Last year they moved to WA to be near their daughter. Ruth was a Marine and was the first woman veteran in the Indiana American Legion. Active in Eastern Stars, community, church, & political organizations. Belonged to American Legion & Aux. Served in various offices or organizations. Liked to sew and oil paint. Loving mother of four children, Joyce (Frank) Frey of WA, Charles (Pat) Padol of IN, Randall Padol of TX and Casey (Patrick) Wright of FL. 5 grandchildren, Kara, Daniel, Angela, Katherine, and Michael.
