Mrs. Mary Louise Tucker, 91, of Martin, died Monday, Dec. 7, 2009, at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Antioch. Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel in Dresden with Ricky Phillips and Terry Griffin officiating. Burial was in Pisgah Cemetery, Dresden. Christopher Tucker, Jason Tucker, Greg Tucker, Mark Tucker, Mike Freeman, Bryon Freeman and Allen Ward served as pallbearers.

Mrs. Tucker was born in Weakley County, daughter of the late William Staley and Nora Harris Griffin. She was the widow of Homer C. Tucker. She was retired from Kellwood Company and a member of Martin Church of Christ.

Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Elizabeth and Joe B. Freeman of Martin, Peggy A. and William Waller of Atlanta; two sons and daughters-in-law, Billy Joe and Bobbie Tucker of Franklin, Larry and Judy Tucker of Nashville; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
