At West Virginia University, Henry was Big East Freshman of the year for 2003; over his career, he put-up good receiving numbers, but also began the string of legal problems that were to mark his life. After Coach Rich Rodriguez termed him "a disgrace", the Cincinnati Bengals were the only NFL team to look at him, making him a third round selection in the 2005 draft. In Cincinnati, good on-the-field statistics were mixed with frequent arrests, suspensions, and injuries. Over his professional career, Henry caught 119 passes for 1,826 yards and 21 touchdowns. He died after falling off a moving truck.
