WINCHENDON - Eleanor J. "Ellie" (Gauthier) Raymond, 74, of 51C Hyde Park Drive, Winchendon, died Thursday night, April 12th in Health Alliance Hospital, Leominster Campus, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born in Winchendon on August 28,1932, the daughter of Peter F. and Alexina A. (Laforce) Gauthier and was a lifelong resident of Winchendon.
Ellie was a process operator at Millipore Corporation in Jaffrey, NH until her retirement. She was a communicant of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church and graduated from Murdock High School in 1950.
Ellie leaves four daughters, Jo Ann Funk and her husband, Duane F., of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Jane M. Raymond of Gardner, Alice J. Sibley and her husband Kevin J. of Winchendon, and Nancy M. Gendron and her husband, Brian N., of Charlotte, N.C.; four brothers, Richard C. Gauthier of Torrington, CT., Earl R. Gauthier of Harwington, CT., David L. Gauthier of Marquette, Michigan and Roger A. Gauthier of Winchendon, eight grandchildren, one great granddaughter, a special nephew, Ricky Gauthier, and several other nephews and nieces.
