Mr. William Jeremy Spann, age 32, of Murray, Kentucky, died at 9:16 am EST Thursday, October 22, 2009, at the University of Kentucky Chandler Health Care Center, Lexington, Kentucky.
Jeremy was born July 25,1977 in McCracken County, Kentucky to Helen Crutcher Spann and Donovan Dale Spann.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donovan Dale Spann in 1990; paternal grandparents, Rufus & Icle LB Spann; maternal grandparents, William Henry & Velma Judel Crutcher,
He is survived by his mother and step father, Helen Spann O'Cull (Joe); brother, Rickie Dale Spann (Christi); nephew, Mason Donovan Dale Spann, all of Murray, Kentucky; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM Sunday at the York Funeral Home with Rev. Glynn Orr, Dr. Ruth Ragovin, and Rev. Martin Severns officiating. The burial will follow in the Murray Memorial Gardens and friends may call after 1:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
